Festival Grec: origins and concept<\/h2>\n

\nThe name of this festival refers to the open-air Greek theatre that takes place on the Montjuïc hill and where most of the festival’s shows have taken place since it first began.<\/p>\n

The Festival Grec has always been avant garde as it was founded in 1976, when Greek theatre had been largely abandoned.<\/p>\n

Initially created as a theatre show, its huge success quickly allowed it to open up to dance, magic, circus and music.\n<\/p>\n
