Located in the old natural gas building, its impressive dimensions can accommodate more than 600 people.<\/p>\n<p>Its huge size could easily make it an impersonal space but fortunately its considered and original decor gives it a very pleasing character.<\/p>\n<h2>Urban style at Generator youth hostel<\/h2>\n<h3>Lobby and lounges<\/h3>\n<p>\nThe entrance to the Generator impresses with its design and originality. Every floor has an area of the city as its theme, and the floor of the lift resembles the city&#8217;s very recognisable cobblestones.<\/p>\n<p>There are spaces for reading, or for playing pool or table football, in pleasantly decorated rooms.\n<\/p>\n<h3>Generator hostel&#8217;s rooms and dormitories<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10377\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/11\/generator-dortoirs.jpg\" alt=\"generator dormitories\" width=\"730\" height=\"414\" srcset=\"https:\/\/barcelona-top-travel-tips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/11\/generator-dortoirs.jpg 730w, https:\/\/barcelona-top-travel-tips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/11\/generator-dortoirs-256x145.jpg 256w, https:\/\/barcelona-top-travel-tips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/11\/generator-dortoirs-512x290.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 730px) 100vw, 730px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The youth hostel offers:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>58 6-person dormitories, of which 6 are female only.<\/li>\n<li>18 4-person dormitories.<\/li>\n<li>25 8-person dormitories.<\/li>\n<li>13 rooms for 2 people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nAll of the dormitories have a shower and separate toilet.
