There is nothing quite like uncovering a café-bar-patisserie where everything looks as good as it tastes. When you do, you definitely want to share it!

Bubó is Beautiful

Bright colours offsetting black, elegant design and clean lines make each of Barcelona’s three Bubós a pleasure to behold.

But that’s not all. As you draw nearer to the windows and take the time to admire the compositions of renowned baker Carles Mampel and his team, you can feast your eyes on original shapes, magnificent colours and silky sheens.

At Bubó, the products are not just beautiful, they are also very refined. Prepare to be tempted by their heaps of treats!

Bubó is soft and sweet

There are some real wonders inside and it will be difficult to choose just one.

One of our favourite cakes is the Nameleka: the Japanese name refers to a technique for obtaining a creamy texture. A Gianduja cream is placed on a green tea biscuit with a chocolate shortcake base, and then covered with a layer of milk chocolate, chopped hazelnuts and pistachios. The result is both soft and crispy.

Bubó also offers a wide range of confectionery: marshmallows, biscuits and chocolates in original flavours and presented in beautiful long boxes.
