At any time of year, Barcelona<\/a> has plenty to keep children fascinated: sea, sun, fairy tale houses and cultural activities galore.<\/p>\n In February and March, even if the sun is out, the temperatures are quite cool. So taking into account the Winter weather we have put together a plan for your little ones that will help keep them nice and warm!<\/p>\n \nBarcelona aquarium is one of the biggest in Europe, and it is a guaranteed hit with children! In these spacious, colourful and interactive surroundings they can admire 450 different species of fish.<\/p>\n The oceanarium is really impressive. You can squeeze in through a sub-aquatic tunnel that’s more than 80 metres long where you can see sharks, immense rays, and sunfish, while feeling like you are floating along the ocean floor.<\/p>\n You will also have the chance to admire the Mediterranean and tropical aquariums. They will love it!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n But the children will want to go to Pudding Diagonal, a café that plunges you into the universe of Harry Potter<\/a>. If your children are fans of the sorcerer with glasses, they will love to eat and play here, there are board games available to them!\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n This is Barcelona’s science museum. A programme called “Dan-dan-dansa” is aimed at very little ones and is presented regularly by very talented groups. As I have attended many performances in years gone by I can promise you this is something adults will enjoy too, as the shows are very rich and creative. If your family fancy a little trip out to this pretty seaside village, bear in mind there are parades for children on the 11th of February and the 13th of February.
