Fast, efficient and affordable, it is particularly practical for transfers into the city from terminal 1 or 2.<\/p>\n<h2>Aerobus: a dedicated service for transfers between the airport and the city centre<\/h2>\n<p>There&#8217;s a &#8220;normal&#8221; bus service (no. 46) which follows a very similar route, but it doesn&#8217;t go right into the city centre (Pla\u00e7a Catalunya) and isn&#8217;t intended specifically for transfers.<\/p>\n<h3>Optimal comfort for travellers<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist\">\n<li>The Aerobus has very comfortable seats and is particularly practical for travellers, as large areas are reserved for luggage.<\/li>\n<li>Like the city bus services, the Aerobus is fully accessible for disabled passengers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Accessibility<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">An access ramp for people with reduced mobility is available on the bus. If you&#8217;re at terminal 2C, head toward terminals 2A and 2B: the bus stop is on the way.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-shortcode embed-container \"><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" width=\"620\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/c1mr0B-Efd0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Pla\u00e7a Espanya<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The first stop in Barcelona is Pla\u00e7a Espanya, a metro and train station served by a large number of lines.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gran Via &#8211; Urgell<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The next stop is at Gran Via-Urgell.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pla\u00e7a Universitat<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The penultimate Aerobus stop is at Pla\u00e7a Universitat.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pla\u00e7a Catalunya<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pla\u00e7a Catalunya is in the center of Barcelona. In addition to being the Aerobus terminal, it&#8217;s a stop on many bus, metro and train routes. There&#8217;s also a taxi rank next to the Aerobus stop.<\/p>\n<h2>From central Barcelona to the airport<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Pla\u00e7a Catalunya <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This bus leaves from Pla\u00e7a Catalunya, from the same stop used when dropping off passengers from the airport.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"is-style-badlist\">\n<li>Warning: buses A1 and A2 are identical, so make sure you get the right one! The first serves Terminal 1, whilst the second serves Terminal 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Sep\u00falveda &#8211; Urgell<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In this direction, the Aerobus doesn&#8217;t stop at Pla\u00e7a Universitat or Gran V\u00eda-Urgell &#8211; these stops are replaced by a single stop at Sep\u00falveda-Urgell.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pla\u00e7a Espanya<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The final stop before the airport is Pla\u00e7a Espanya.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"is-style-badlist\">\n<li><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Attention,<\/strong> temporarily, the Aerobus only runs between terminals T1 and T2 of the airport and Plaza Espanya in Barcelona.
