But in this happy, lively place on pla&ccedil;a d&#8217;Osca, you might find it difficult to keep your mouth shut. I challenge you to try!<\/p>\n<h2>Vermut i a la G&agrave;bia&#8217;s authentic atmosphere<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Take a seat on the terrace!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\nIf, like me, enjoying a drink on a terrace is your guilty pleasure, I strongly recommend the terrace at Vermut i a la G&agrave;bia! Sheltered from the city bustle the bar&#8217;s terrace provides the perfect setting for a relaxing drink and a few tapas.\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Like most areas in Barcelona, the terraces here close between 11pm and midnight out of respect for the neighbors.<\/li>\n<li>Rest assured, it&#8217;s no bad thing as it gives you the chance to discover the interior, which is just as charming!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Retro decor!<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9008 size-full\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/07\/vermut-i-a-la-gabia-interieur.jpg\" alt=\"vermut i a la gabia decoration\" width=\"680\" height=\"419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/barcelona-top-travel-tips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/07\/vermut-i-a-la-gabia-interieur.jpg 680w, https:\/\/barcelona-top-travel-tips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/07\/vermut-i-a-la-gabia-interieur-300x185.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We thoroughly enjoyed examining all the different objects that adorn the walls of the bar! You will find black and white portraits, multicolored jars and even wine barrels being used as shelves. Ham hanging near the bar provides a wonderful complement to the wall&#8217;s colored tiles. Everything has been carefully chosen and the result is superb!<\/p>\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist\">\n<li>Original, colorful, with a retro touch, this little place is totally charming!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Vermut i a la G&agrave;bia and its delicious tapas<\/h2>\n<p>\nAt Vermut i a la G&agrave;bia, the food tastes as good as the bar looks! On the menu, you will find a wide range of tapas, such as pinchos, croquettes, <a href=\"\/catalan-specialties\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">escalivada<\/a> or even seafood (preserved rather than fresh).<\/p>\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist\">\n<li>The portions are quite generous! We recommend you order a small round first and then order again if you&#8217;re still hungry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9010 size-full\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/07\/vermut-i-a-la-gabia-tapas-article.jpg\" alt=\"Vermut i a la gabia tapas\" width=\"680\" height=\"419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/barcelona-top-travel-tips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/07\/vermut-i-a-la-gabia-tapas-article.jpg 680w, https:\/\/barcelona-top-travel-tips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/07\/vermut-i-a-la-gabia-tapas-article-300x185.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Vermut i a la G&agrave;bia&#8217;s prices<\/h2>\n<p>\nThere&#8217;s nothing nicer than a delicious meal that doesn&#8217;t break the bank! Here the prices are as good as the food: expect to pay around 1.90 euro for a pincho, 1.50 for 2 croquettes, between 3 and 6 euros for a portion of tapas and 7-8 euros for a hot dish. The bar also serves very generous meat and cheese boards for 8.50.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of drinks, you can enjoy a glass of wine for 2.60 euros (that&#8217;s right, I said it was cheap!).
