Renting an apartment often works out cheaper than getting a hotel room for the duration of your stay. Casp 74 offers all the advantages of an apartment, but with certain hotel services as an added bonus.
Apartments at Casp 74
Casp 74 is a block of 27 apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Every apartment includes a sofa-bed, meaning that the largest can accommodate up to 8 people. Three of the apartments even have private terraces with a table and garden chairs.
Spacious living areas and fully-equipped kitchens
Each apartment boasts a light and spacious living area, and some even have more than one bathroom. The main advantage of the Casp 74 apartments, though, lies in the kitchen. Everything is included, from an oven to a freezer, via a Nespresso machine, a washing machine and even a juicer. What more could you want?
Cleaning service and linen included
Unlike most rental apartments, Casp 74 offers a daily cleaning service, free of charge. Bed linen and towels are also provided and can be changed on request.
Café and grocery shop
Casp 74 offers a cold breakfast for under 10 euros, which can be served in the apartment or taken in the on-site café. The café also offers ham-tasting sessions and includes a small grocery corner, supplying all sorts of ingredients.
Useful information
- The reception is open 24/7.
- Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival, and you’ll need to be gone by noon on the day of departure.
- Free luggage lockers are available.
- All of the apartments have air-conditioning and heating, should you need it.
- There’s no minimum stay, but you can’t take up residence for more than 3 months.
