Starting the day on the right foot
How better to start the day than with a full fresh breakfast in a paradise setting?
Surf House Barcelona’s fresh juices
At Surf House Barcelona, you can wake up gently with a selection of very nice smoothies. And if you’re feeling creative you can even invent your own, to dazzle your taste buds.
Expect to pay around 5 euros for a juice and a little less for a milkshake.
Pancakes, waffles & co.
If you’re after something sweet there is a choice of waffles in various flavours, pancakes, fruit salads, or even yoghurt and granola. Enough to make you leap out of bed even on the sleepiest of mornings.
Enjoy a delicious meal
Surf House Barcelona sandwiches
There is a heap of sandwiches on the menu: hot, cold, vegetarian or meats. What they all have in common is that they are made with good bread and fresh produce. I tested the club sandwich and it was tasty, satisfying and well served. Exactly what I was looking for!
Surf House Barcelona salads
Original mixed salads are also on the menu (for around 8 euros) and they all look very appetising. I tried the spinach salad with pomegranate, raisins and parmesan. It turned out to be fresh and tasty. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a little more on the plate, but I do have a hell of an appetite!
To finish you might like a cheesecake, sorbet or chocolate fondant…
- Note: Service is continuous so you can treat yourself to any dish from the menu at any time of day. Great news!
Relaxing with a drink
Surf House Barcelona cocktails
Surf House Barcelona’s cocktails take you on a trip around the world: Hawai, Australia, Mexico and Fiji are just a few examples of the origins of the different drinks on offer. Are you ready to climb aboard?
Surf House Barcelona snacks
To avoid drinking on an empty stomach, go for a snack platter, with nachos and vegetables to dip in guacamole, humus, or yoghurt. Unless you prefer cheese nachos, of which I saw so many around I thought that every table had ordered them. I almost went for them myself as they looked very appealing, but you have to draw the line somewhere! 😉
All of this is obviously just a snapshot, and not an exhaustive look at the menu and I really advise you to go along and discover the rest. The only little downside is that service can sometimes be slow. But the atmosphere is so relaxed that you might not even notice…
