Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, Pedralbes-Les Corts: Barcelona’s residential areas
Barcelona’s Zona Alta is loved by visitors, as well as residents arriving in Barcelona with families, or looking for green, comfortable and tranquil spaces.
Sarrià-Sant Gervasi
Sarrià-Sant Gervasi is the area of Barcelona where the per capita income is highest. Far from the city centre, it is quiet, clean and without tourists, but there are still shops, cafés, bakeries and a few restaurants.
Tibidabo mountain is located at the North of this area to the great delight of sports and nature-lovers. It is the perfect place for those who love walking, cycling or simply getting some fresh air. On fine days the Tibidabo amusement park opens its doors.

Pedralbes
Pedralbes is even quieter than Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. It’s actually the most residential area in Barcelona, and full of luxury residences, most with a garden and swimming pool.
Between the pleasant street and the green spaces is Barcelona’s French high school, which explains why so many francophone families live nearby. There are also a number of universities.

Les Corts
Les Corts
is located below Diagonal avenue and is home to among other things the famous Camp Nou which brings together football fans from all over the world. It’s a great place to live and to visit, especially around the pretty little plaça de la Concòrdia with its village charm; one of our favourite places in Barcelona. We advise you to take a look around and enjoy its peaceful and authentic atmosphere.
